We launched as a cafe in January and soon after we started selling pizza every Tuesday night; due to the success of the Tuesday nights, we’re now launching as a fully licensed pizzeria five nights a week.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric pizza oven (we will be upgrading to a dual-fuel wood and gas) and we expect to average 60 pizzas per night for eat-in, delivery, & collection.
At Otto, we’re dedicated to using high-quality, where possible local, ingredients and try to find a balance between respecting tradition and introducing new culinary concepts - we hope to replicate this with our pizza. Check out our Instagram account @ottokelvedon for some pics of our pizza!
We’ll open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 - 22:30, this is a part-time position for an average of 25 hours per week over 3 shifts. There’ll also be an opportunity to work extra hours as a chef for the daily cafe service and baking focaccia, sourdough and cakes for our micro-bakery!
