By day, we’re a cosy coffee shop and micro-bakery. By night, we're a pizzeria, offering Neopolitan pizzas made with quality, local ingredients.
While living in a small village in Italy, Otto's founder Jamie was inspired by the daily ritual of locals picking up fresh bread from the neighbourhood café—a simple routine that stuck with him.
Years later, Jamie took a bread-making class with Giovanni Di Sarno, a Real Bread Campaign Ambassador. It was there he learned just how far removed supermarket bread is from the real thing—often packed with preservatives and additives.
Determined to bring quality and tradition to his own community, Jamie invited Giovanni to become Otto’s consultant baker. With his guidance, the team was trained in traditional bread-making techniques, and Otto began baking sourdough and focaccia in-house.
Today, Otto is Jamie’s vision come to life—a warm, welcoming space where artisan bread, handcrafted pizza, and great coffee bring people together. It’s a celebration of slow food, shared moments, and the joy of eating well.
We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we’re committed to using fresh, high-quality produce, sourced with care and integrity.
Our coffee comes from Ozone Coffee Roasters, pioneers in sustainable and ethical coffee production, who roast every batch fresh to order.
All of our baked goods are made in-house by our skilled chefs, using Marriage’s Flour, grown and milled within just 30 miles from our kitchen. This local, flour is at the heart of everything we bake—from our pastries to our handcrafted sourdough.
Speaking of sourdough, we keep it beautifully simple: just three ingredients—Marriage’s flour, Maldon sea salt, and filtered water. No additives. No shortcuts.
Our philosophy is simple: to serve exceptional food and coffee in a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels at home.
Every dish and cup we serve is made with care—from the way it’s prepared to the thought behind where it comes from. We’re passionate about quality, transparency, and creating something meaningful, not just for our customers, but for the wider community too.
